Get your X archive

Your archive has every post you've made. You don't need it to start: the free scan reads your recent posts from just your handle. The archive is for going back further.

Request it

  1. On X, open Settings and privacy, then Your account.
  2. Choose Download an archive of your data.
  3. Confirm your password and the verification code X sends you.
  4. Tap Request archive. X notifies you by email and in the app when it's ready, usually within a day.
  5. Download the zip and keep it zipped.

Scan it

The archive scan is part of the paid full report (from $9, one-time). Open your full report and drop the zip into Scan your full history. It's opened in your browser and nothing is uploaded; we read only your posts, never DMs, photos or likes. Flagged posts are added to your checklist with links to delete them.

Why does it take a day?

X builds the file in the background. Large accounts can take longer.

Is the archive safe to scan here?

Yes. It's read in your browser and never sent to our servers.
